Red Siskin

As sought after as the Sun Parakeet, the equally endangered Red Siskin is a top priority bird on any Guyana tour. A bit unpredictable on their habits, we had great help from the guys in the local village. A pair was seen well as they fed in the trees on the slope, but did not really allow for close-up photography.
